ABOUT SHIPPING
Products ordered from our company are sent to you via Sürat Kargo.
After your order reaches our system, the billing and shipping process takes an average of (1-3) business days. Under normal circumstances, Sürat Kargo delivers to your address within (1-3) days (excluding extraordinary weather and road conditions).
Once your order is shipped, the tracking information will be sent to the mobile phone number you provided via SMS by Sürat Kargo. Additionally, we will automatically send the tracking information to the email address you entered in our system. With this information, you can track your shipment on Sürat Kargo’s website. If you think you haven't received your tracking number, please contact us.
Please check the packages that you believe might be damaged during shipment in front of the Sürat Kargo representative upon delivery. If you think the product is damaged, please ask the cargo company to prepare a report and do not accept the product.
Once the product is received, it is considered that the cargo company has fully performed its duty.
If the product is damaged: Please report the prepared report to info@nihanistanbul.com as soon as possible. Once you complete these procedures, we will ensure that your package is delivered to you again as soon as possible.
ABOUT RETURNS
As regulated in Article 10 of the Distance Sales Agreement, you can return your products within 14 (fourteen) days after the product is delivered to you, without any justification, by notifying Nihan Istanbul. For the product to be eligible for return, it must be unused, unopened, and retain its new product feature. To return your order, you must fill out the return form below and send it via email to info@nihanistanbul.com within 14 days, or send it to our Istanbul address via registered mail.
